Story

Away and lost, you want nothing more than to return home.  

An unexpected journey through the obscure depths of the Living Lands whispers hope of reaching home. 

The Living Lands are home to strange and untamed creatures.  

Every creature is different, with its own behaviours, moods, and distinct personality. They live in their own world, guided by natural instincts.  

The creatures are not your enemies. They are native to the wild and may feel you are an unfamiliar threat. Some alpha predators may always see you as food, while others could be curious, indifferent, or even friendly from the very beginning.  

Gameplay 

unDefense is a Choice-driven game.  

Actions and decisions have consequences, unlike on Earth.  

Don't be surprised if creatures hold grudges. Or they learn to fear you, respect you, or hunt you harder.  

You don’t have to take down every creature. You can scare them off, exhaust them into stopping, or slowly win their friendship and trust. Or leave some of them alone; perhaps they are introverted. 

Hurt, Scare, Tire and Befriend.  

• To Hurt means using traditional combat.  

• To Scare means making a creature afraid enough to flee.   

• To Tire means wearing a creature down without attacking it by blocking, absorbing, and dodging incoming hits.  

• To Befriend means earning a creature’s trust through peaceful actions. 

Ordinary Tools Against the Night 

You arrived unprepared for a journey that was never meant to happen.  

No guns, no swords, no fire, no magic. 

Find ordinary tools along the way and find unordinary ways to use them. 

Perhaps a Plunger? What about a Camera? 

Could a bucket come in handy?
