Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity)
and Bad Hell Entertainment (the "Developer") for the video game Lilith's Curse (the "Game"). By installing,
copying, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal,
non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may install the Game on one or more personal computers you
own or control and play the Game on those computers in accordance with this EULA.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Game and all of its contents, including but not limited to characters, storyline, artwork, music, sound effects,
code, and game mechanics, are owned by Bad Hell Entertainment or its licensors and are protected by international
copyright laws and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or trade secrets of
the Game;
• Rent, lease, lend, or sell the Game or your copy of the Game to third parties;
• Use the Game for commercial purposes or any profit-generating activity without explicit authorization from the
Developer;
• Distribute, publish, transmit, or rebroadcast the Game or its content through any unauthorized channels;
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings in the Game;
• Use cheats, exploits, or bots to gain unfair advantages in single-player gameplay;
• Bypass, disable, or circumvent any security measures or anti-cheat systems.
4. MODS & USER-CREATED CONTENTMod Creation: You are encouraged to create modifications (mods) for the Game, including new levels, assets,
features, gameplay adjustments, and other creative enhancements, provided that:
• Mods are created for personal and community use only and are distributed for free (no monetization or
commercial sale);
• Mods do not include or incorporate the Developer's proprietary artwork, music, characters, or story elements without
explicit permission;
• Mods do not modify the Game's core DRM, anti-cheat, or security systems;
• You do not claim ownership of any original Game content included in your mod;
• Your mod content complies with applicable laws and does not contain hate speech, harassment material, or illegal
content.
Community Platforms: You may share your mods on community platforms, Steam Workshop, mod repositories, or
other distribution channels, provided they comply with this EULA and the hosting platform's terms of service.
Developer Support: While the Developer does not provide official support for mods, we welcome and encourage the
modding community. However, mods are provided and used entirely at your own risk.5. CONTENT CREATION & STREAMING
Personal Use: You are permitted to create personal, non-commercial videos, streams, or content featuring gameplay
from the Game for purposes such as entertainment, criticism, commentary, or educational use, provided that such
content complies with fair use principles and respects the intellectual property rights of the Developer.
Monetization: While you may stream or create video content featuring the Game, you may monetize this content
(through ads, sponsorships, or other means) on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and other video hosting
services. However, this right may be revoked at any time at the Developer's sole discretion.
Attribution: We appreciate if you credit Bad Hell Entertainment and the Game in your content, but it is not required.
Developer Content Claims: The Developer may place Content ID claims, copyright claims, or strike notices on your
monetized content. By creating content featuring the Game, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.
6. USER ACCOUNTS & ONLINE CONDUCT
If the Game features online multiplayer, community features, or social elements, you agree to:
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other players
• Not spam, flood, or post malicious content in community forums or chat
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND
TITLE. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS,
OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, OR BE ERROR-FREE.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BAD HELL ENTERTAINMENT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING
LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE GAME IS TO CEASE USING IT AND
REQUEST A REFUND IF ELIGIBLE UNDER STEAM'S REFUND POLICY.
9. UPDATES & MODIFICATIONSThe Developer may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Game. These updates are provided at the
Developer's discretion and may modify gameplay, features, or content. By using the Game, you acknowledge that the
Developer may modify, discontinue, or remove features or functionality at any time. The Developer reserves the right
to discontinue support for the Game without notice.10. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION
Your use of the Game is subject to Steam's Privacy Policy and the Developer's privacy practices. The Game may
collect usage statistics, gameplay data, and system information to improve performance and user experience. For
detailed information about data collection, please review our Privacy Policy.
11. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you
fail to comply with any terms hereof. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of
the Game in your possession. The Developer may also terminate this license at any time for any reason.
12. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
The Game may include content created with assistance from third-party tools or AI services, including but not limited
to ChatGPT by OpenAI. All such content is subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective owners. The
Developer retains full ownership and control over the Game and all integrated content.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer is
registered, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location. However, consumers
in certain countries may be entitled to protections under their local consumer protection laws.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full
force and effect.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Game and supersedes all
prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written.
