YOU ARE THE ORGAN MAFIA

Kidnap people off the street. Take what sells - organs first, meat second. Move it all before anyone starts asking questions.

Start with one body and a van. End with an empire.

THE WORK

KIDNAP - pick your target, put them down quietly, and get them off the street before it notices.

HARVEST - open them up on the table and pull the organs that pay.

BUTCHER - grind what is left and pack it cold.

SELL - organs to your contacts, meat over the counter, the rest on the night market.

BUILD THE EMPIRE

Take contracts from Vinnie. Every name has a price, a profile and a deadline.

Take jobs from Mark. Trunk work, scavenging, and the ones you do not ask about.

Upgrade the table, the grinder, the freezer and the crew.

Wash the money through a front until it comes back clean, then buy the next thing.

DO IT WITH YOUR FRIENDS

Full co-op. Two people carry a body faster than one. Split the contracts, split the payout, split the blame - or hand your friend the bag when the police pull up.

THE CITY PUSHES BACK

Bodies are heavy. Streets have witnesses. The police keep notes, and the heat follows you home - to the one address with a freezer full of evidence.

This game was made with the help of generative AI tools.

We used generative AI during development to produce most of the game's assets:
the sound effects, character voice lines and music; the 3D models and textures,
which were then assembled and finished in Blender; the user interface art; and a
large part of the source code. Everything the tools produced was reviewed,
edited and put together by hand. The ideas, the design, the direction and the
way it all fits together are our own.

No generative AI runs while you play. Nothing in the game is generated live
during gameplay, and no player data is sent to any AI service.
