About This Demo

The Casino Fights Back

Every fifth quota, a boss is waiting for you. Each one changes the rules, rebuilds your board, talks back and cheats in his very own way.

  • House Edge – a croupier who has lost his mind. He spins your whole board like a roulette wheel and forces you into bets the house loves to win.

  • Dealer Break – a Scottish dwarf with too many aces up his sleeve. He deals blackjack right onto your pegs, runs a shell game and makes pegs simply vanish.

  • Polaris – an ancient and painfully polite frost druid. He freezes your board, stretches ice walls into constellations and sends icicles crashing down from the sky.

  • Short Shift – a foreman who has no time for your excuses. He turns your pegs into a conveyor belt, demands piecework and sends in quality control.

  • The House – the owner himself, behind a golden mask. The final boss has a body, and the quota is his life: hit him, break his shield and catch his weak spot.

Every boss has his own face, his own voice and his own music. Beat one and you get a card pack, extra tickets and his trophy.

All five are already waiting for you in the free demo.

Your First Coin Drop

Drop the coin, pull the launcher — this free demo takes you from the tutorial all the way to your first big fusion moment. No timer, no countdown — just you, your board, and the question of how far you get before the quota catches up.

Fuse Fire + Ice

This demo gives you 10 hand-picked pegs to play with — from magnets to bombs to the Alien Ship. Combine Fire and Ice into Steam, your first permanent fusion, and feel what peg-fusing is really like. Then the demo wraps up — right where the full game is just getting started.

Weather & Moon Phases — a First Taste

During your run, you're guaranteed to experience one weather shift and one day/night transition — your board changing right under your fingers. The full eight-moon-phase cycle is reserved for the full game.

Built for the Road: Steam Deck

Your cabinet fits in your pocket. Pin a Million was optimized for Steam Deck from day one: just launch and play, no fiddling with settings. The full neon fireworks show, silky smooth, with tailored controls. Couch, train, lunch break: your next quota is waiting wherever you are.

Your Twitch Chat Plays Too

Fully active in the demo as well: connect your channel, and your chat can jump straight into the action with !gravity, !fireball, !multiball, !freeze, !earthquake and more.

This Is Just the Beginning

  • This demo deliberately shows you only a slice. The full game has:

  • 30+ pegs instead of the 10 curated ones here

  • 41 fusions across 3 tiers instead of just the one (Steam) — all the way up to absurd legendaries like GOD MODE or Galaxy Brain

  • The full weather and 8-phase moon cycle instead of a single guaranteed shift

  • 4 minigames (Pac-Man, Space Invaders, Breakout, Alien Ship) instead of just one

  • A complete, permanent skill tree with dozens of meta-upgrades instead of the small demo selection

  • 10 casino bosses with their own abilities instead of 4 — and The House is still waiting at the end

Real Arcade Feel

  • Cabinet bezel with ambilight glow on explosions and lightning strikes

  • CRT/VHS shader for an authentic tube-screen look

  • Dynamically shifting arcade tracks during gameplay

  • Full gamepad support

  • Android support

  • Complete German and English localization

Like what you see? Wishlist the full game — there's a lot more waiting.

No half measures.
