About This Demo

The Unburied King is dead, and he will not rest. Night after night his legion carries him down the funeral road toward home, and every grave they pass wakes and falls in behind. You are not there to see him home. You keep the vigil: hold until dawn, and the light takes back the fire stolen from the sun — the dead crumble to ash where they stand.

What's in the demo

• First Alarm — gather by day, raise a palisade, and hold the keep when night comes.
• The Felled Woods — cut a forest road, light campfires, and hold the ring at Ash Mouth.
• Night Without Walls — no palisade; split your soldiers among three rings and face the tide until dawn.
• Blood Moon Hunt — under a red moon the dead come from every side; hunt them, and cut through to trapped survivors.
• The Bursting Front — a bone colossus walks on your gate; seal the breaches and bring it down together.
• Endless — a vigil with no last night: plant the rings around the keep and see how many dawns your line can greet.
