About This Game

Eight survivors. One island. Endless yokai.

Your squad spawns at a compound on a procedurally generated island with a pointy stick and a handful of petals. Waves of anime yokai come for you, and they keep coming — wave size scales with your head count, so a full squad of eight fights eight times the enemies a lone survivor does.

Clearing a wave freezes the countdown and opens the shop, so there is never a rush. Thirty weapons — pistols, SMGs, shotguns, snipers, katanas, chainsaws, naginata, frost lances, arc coils, longbows — plus nine stacking upgrades with no level cap. The waves are endless, so the buffs are too.

Take advantage, or disadvantage of the Blossom Buffs, each with its own positive and negative effect. Choose wisely, become a god or a mouse. 

Twenty-five bosses that respect your squad size

Every tenth wave headlines a great yokai, from Jorogumo and Raijin down to Ryujin at wave 250. Each is built to be a real fight whether one survivor or eight turn up:
