BUILD THE FACILITY

Buy racks, servers, GPUs, switches, power distribution, cooling, and logistics equipment. Place infrastructure freely, fill racks, route connections, and expand capacity without creating new bottlenecks.

OPERATE REAL SYSTEMS

Compute, storage, power, network, and temperature are connected. Circuits can overload, infrastructure condition deteriorates, cooling consumes electricity, and incidents can violate SLAs. Plan reserves, test redundancy, maintain equipment, and react before customers lose confidence.

WIN AND KEEP CUSTOMERS

Negotiate price, duration, capacity, peak load, service level, and penalties. Schedule contract starts, run several jobs in parallel, handle follow-up offers, and earn detailed ratings based on measured reliability, performance, response time, value, and service.
