About This Game

The galaxy is hostile. An endless fleet is bearing down on your solar system and the entity pulling the strings has finally made itself known.

Orbital Defense Idle is an infinite sci-fi idle / incremental tower defense game. Fortify your planet's defense matrix, collect 78 powerful tarot-inspired cards, unleash devastating secret weapons, and fight your way across 20 visually distinct worlds. You've got a rag-tag crew and questionable odds. There's still enough power to keep the coffee replicators online. For now.

The Axiom System

78 tarot-inspired cards of the Major and Minor Axioms. Each one changes the course of battle.

The 22 Major Axiom cards are hand-painted originals. Each one is a unique piece of art drawn from a tarot-inspired universe. Collect the Axiom cards and build your loadout around powerful effects that stack, synergize, and scale. Play any card reversed for amplified power at a cost. High risk. Higher reward.

Secret Weapons

When things get dire, unleash one (or all) of the 13 devastating Secret Weapons. Black holes. Viral hack zones. Laser volleys. Death nukes. EMP grenades. Solar transits. The Corruption Engine. Some require strategy. Most just require a target.

Deep Progression

Hundreds of upgrades across research labs, upgrade trees, planet cores, and mission systems. Every run pushes your permanent power forward. There's always another powerful unlock waiting.

Planet Core System

Collect and equip Planet Cores to enhance your planet's defense matrix. Epic cores carry unique abilities that can turn the tide of battle when you need it most.
