Corpse Run idle evolves the traditional idle genre into a deeply intricate party management simulation. Returning to the unforgiving roots of classic 90s CRPGs, you are no longer limited to a simple solo loop—you must command and optimize an entire roster across a treacherous wilderness.

Success depends on tactical synergy. You will coordinate your tank's agro, carefully manage your healer's mana pool, assign a dedicated puller, and keep your vital looter alive while automating complex combat behaviors. Your roster doesn't have to face the wilds alone, as you can recruit and train loyal companion pets that feature specific combat behaviors, acting as true force multipliers to ensure a clean pull instead of a devastating corpse run.

Step out of static menus and into a world featuring bespoke dark-fantasy visual art with genuine 2.5D spatial depth, brought to life by dynamic torchlight and vibrant spell effects. There are no glowing arrows or paths to follow in this classic open world; your own curiosity or greed will lead the way. You will need to earn your thresholds by utilizing vital survival skills like swimming, pick locking, and tracking to navigate hidden threats.

As your power grows, expand your influence through comprehensive guild management. Run multiple parties and characters under a single banner, funneling gear and resources to build a legacy that outlasts any single adventurer. Put that strength to the ultimate test in epic raids, where fallen gods and ancient dragons demand the combined might of every party you have raised. If you prefer to challenge yourself your way, you can tackle the wilds with a solo character or risk it all in a grueling permadeath mode.

Beyond the dark fantasy aesthetic, Corpse Run idle offers boundless creative freedom where fantasy is just the default skin. Because every system is exposed as a powerful editor, you can completely reforge the engine into a hard sci-fi universe, a weird western setting, or anything your imagination dictates. Define entirely new peoples, classes, arcane incantations, or six-shooter tricks, and craft custom weapons, armor, and loot tables from scratch. Once your handcrafted campaign is complete, publish your creations and drop into entirely new worlds built and shared by other players in the community.
