They took your land and left you a drill. Pay the debt back in ore, one quota at a time. Miss a quota and you're fired.

GreeDrill is a push-your-luck mining roguelike. Every drill is a bet. Every quota raises the stakes.

Drill, or surface

Every cell you drill fills your hold, and the deeper you go, the more it pays. It also brings you one cell closer to the crash. Surface now, and the load is yours. Drill one more, and it's all still at risk. That's the whole game, and it never gets easier.

Every expedition comes with a contract, and the rules change with every quota.

The Bailiff

Pay a quota and the Company audits you. The Bailiff seizes 70% of your surplus and locks it in crates at the bottom of a shaft. Climb out with them before the seals catch you.

Five worlds, five Guardians

Each world plays by its own rules, and each one ends with its Guardian: an old master of the deep the Company would rather you dealt with. Five fights, none of them alike. Your contract sleeps below the last one.

Back at camp

Spend what you kept: build the camp, gear up at the Outfitter with relics that change how you dig, and buy Company licenses between runs: a whole wall of them, permanent. Then start the next expedition. The quota won't wait.
