Frontier Protocol drops you into the cockpit of a commander ship with one goal: grow your fleet and carve out your territory, one sector at a time.

Fly, fight, and mine
Take direct control of your ship in fast, top-down dogfights. Mouse-aim your weapons, manage throttle, and use boost to close distance or break away from a fight. Between engagements, mine resources from asteroids and rare asteroids to fund your fleet's growth.

Build your fleet
Every ship you add to your fleet expands what you're capable of taking on. Manage shield, hull, and fuel across your ships as you push deeper into hostile territory.

Explore procedural sectors
No two runs look the same. Sectors are procedurally generated, each with its own hostile presence, sites to raid, and hyper-jump gates leading further into the frontier. Frontier Protocol is built as an open-ended sandbox rather than a scripted campaign, how far you push into hostile space and how big a fleet you build is entirely up to you. A typical session runs about 45 minutes, however there is no fixed end point, sessions can run as long as you want.
