Your career is a tournament

Sign up for "The Startup Open", the in-house tournament that decides who moves up and who stays

put. You start in the Open Space and aim for the CEO's Rooftop terrace, one tier at a time. At every

level, a Gatekeeper stands in your way: the boss guarding the door to the next floor, calmly certain

that you belong exactly where you are. They can be beaten. Nobody has told them yet.

Choose who you are

Join the company as an Intern, a Data Analyst or a Sysadmin: three playable classes, three different

ways to handle the table. And the office.

Your coworkers are your opponents

Every match puts you up against a different slice of the org chart: Market Lead, Team Builder, Night

Shifter, Angel Investor and many more, each with unique artwork and a play style of their own. They're

all sure they know exactly what they're doing. Some of them actually do.

It's not about power, it's about precision

Every rally is a matter of measure: too soft and the ball stays under the net, too hard and it flies out.

Somewhere in between lies the Sweet Spot, the perfectly calibrated shot your opponent just can't

return.

And you only get one pool of energy, for attack and defence alike: every point you spend blocking is

one less for your counterattack. How much to risk is up to you.

Every run, a new hierarchy

Opponents change every run, drawn from a pool that's never the same. As you climb the tournament,

you unlock unique cards specific to each tier and build your deck: aggressive but fragile, tough but

slow, tactical but unpredictable.

Between matches, swing by the Break Room: the gadgets you find there can turn a game around.

The coffee, however, is what it is.

Dress for the job you want

Customise your character's look. Promotions are won at the table, but the dress code matters. Sort

of.

No microtransactions. No pay-to-win. Just you, your paddle, and a corporate hierarchy that was

never meant to be fair.
