Tentang Permainan Ini

Pick up. Fix it. Don't ask.

It's 2001.
Meridora Solutions provides IT support for dozens of client companies, and today is your first shift.
Reset forgotten passwords. Recover crashed machines. Calm furious callers. Close the ticket before the SLA expires.
Most days, that's all there is.

Every call changes something.

Every person remembers how you treated them.
Patience earns trust but drains your energy. Sarcasm might make you feel better, but someone else pays for it. Your stress rises throughout the day, mistakes happen under pressure, and one bad conversation can follow you long after you've hung up.

Knowledge is your progression.

Every fix lives in the company Wiki.
Solve a problem once, and the next time it appears, you already know the answer.
Levels and certifications exist, but the progression that matters lives in your head: you become faster because you genuinely learned the job.

Nothing stays forgotten.

Colleagues remember your behaviour.
Management notices patterns.
The company's internal feed reacts to yesterday's events.
Files accumulate on the network. Decisions echo through later shifts. Small moments become larger stories long after you've stopped thinking about them.

Then someone calls from Floor 7.

The building has six floors.
The blueprints agree.
Everyone agrees.
Then a support ticket arrives from Floor 7.
Nobody explains it.
You piece together the truth one ticket at a time, from conversations, forgotten files, and things that were never supposed to exist.

Features

  • 12 diagnostic minigames inspired by real IT support, including Task Manager, Terminal, Networking, Registry, Disk Management, Spam Analysis and stranger systems, each introduced naturally through the MeridoraWiki.
  • Persistent career progression where even getting fired becomes part of your story.
  • Three game modes: Story Campaign, Infinite Shift, and a shared Daily Shift — the same challenge for everyone, one attempt per day, and a streak to protect.
  • Meaningful dialogue where your tone affects customers, colleagues and future events.
  • Procedural music and sound effects, synthesized entirely in code.
  • Every visual is rendered at runtime instead of using traditional pre-rendered artwork.
  • Calm Mode available from the very beginning for a more relaxed experience.
  • Full English and European Portuguese (PT-PT).

And there's a night shift nobody talks about.

Built differently.

FIRST LINE is made by a solo developer who spent years as a helpdesk supervisor — taking the calls, reading the transcripts, watching the SLA clocks.
That experience is the game: the design, the tone, the people, every decision.
The building was done with modern AI tools under that direction, alongside extensive procedural generation — a game this personal, made by one person who isn't a trained programmer, wouldn't have been possible any other way.

For players who enjoy interface-driven mysteries, immersive work simulations, and stories hidden inside ordinary routines.

Floor 7 does not exist.

Pendedahan Kandungan Dihasilkan AI

Pembangun menerangkan cara permainan mereka menggunakan Kandungan Dihasilkan AI seperti berikut:

FIRST LINE was designed and directed by its human developer: the gameplay systems, the mechanics, the narrative and every creative decision. The game's code — including the systems that render all visuals and synthesize all audio at runtime — was written with an AI coding assistant (Claude Code) under that direction. The English localization was also produced with AI assistance. No pre-generated AI images, audio, or video assets are included in the game. Parts of the store page text were also written with AI assistance.
Store artwork (capsules and icons) is likewise rendered by AI-written code under human direction.
