About This Game

LostMan

You don't survive because you're stronger. You survive because the darkness hasn't found you... yet.

LostMan is a low-poly, first-person open-world survival game where every day is a race against the coming night. You wake up alone on a wild, untouched island – no gear, no map, no one coming. Gather, hunt, build and prepare while the world is still safe.

Because when the sun disappears, everything changes.

The meadows go quiet. The herds run. Torchlight becomes the only thing between you and whatever is moving at the edge of the trees.

Every day is a choice

Go deeper into the forest for bigger timber and richer ore – or turn back while there's still light.

Every expedition costs time. And time is the one thing the night won't give back.

Every tree fights back

  • Swing until the trunk cracks. Hear it groan. Step aside as it tilts, falls and smashes into the ground with real physics.

  • Chop the fallen giant into logs. The stump stays – a scar you left on the land.

  • The right tool matters. Stone won't crack iron ore, and bare hands won't fell an oak.

From nothing to iron

  • Start with sticks, stones and fibre. Twist rope, light torches, lash together your first spear and bow.

  • Raise a Workbench, fire up a Smelter, hammer at a Forge.

  • Mine copper, tin, iron, lead and coal. Pour ingots. Forge bronze and iron tools and weapons.

  • Craft leather gear, carry a backpack, and keep your supplies safe in chests, crates and wardrobes.

Build a shelter. Then build a village.

Start with a few logs and a fire. End with walls, towers and a home worth defending.

  • 100+ building pieces that snap together naturally – corners to corners, beams to posts, roofs to walls.

  • Log cabins, plank houses, wattle huts and stone halls under plank, shingle or thatch roofs.

  • Palisades and double gates, fortress walls, battlements, arrow slits, stone arches, wall walks and watchtowers.

  • Ladders you can climb, beds that save your life, wells, market stalls, carts and banners.

The physics is real. Every piece carries weight. Overhang too far or tear out the wrong wall – and watch it all come down. What falls is lost.

The island is alive

  • Wild horses thunder across the meadows – spook one and the whole herd runs.

  • The aurochs lowers its horns and snorts a warning. Step closer if you dare.

  • Deer and stags, foxes, wild cattle, donkeys that kick back and llamas high in the mountains.

  • Wild dog packs hunt in broad daylight – and they hunt together.

  • Crouch in the tall grass, hold your breath, draw your bow.

Then the sun goes down

Not every enemy attacks immediately.

Some hunt in packs.

Some shamble out of the dark.

Some simply wait at the edge of the firelight.

Wolves slip between the trees. The dead walk the island. They see you long before you see them.

Light your torches. Close the gate. Sleep through the night if you can – and wake up where you last rested if you can't.

Your home is only as safe as the walls you built.
