In the Weinberg Empire, doctors were persecuted and driven to the brink of extinction.

Lexis, the last doctor trained in the art of medicine by his mentor, sets out on a journey. He seeks clues about the plague that destroyed his homeland—and hopes to restore medicine to its rightful place of honor.

In search of answers, Lexis continues south through the empire alongside Patrizia, the inspector assigned to watch him.

Through the incidents he encounters, the protagonist will meet six colorful and distinctive heroines. Though they may initially find themselves at odds with him, their relationships will continue to evolve as the story unfolds.

Giving gifts and engaging in conversation will raise a heroine’s affection. Affection events allow players to learn more about each heroine’s inner feelings and past. A heroine’s affection level may even alter certain parts of the story.

As affection increases, players can unlock special events, go on dates with a heroine, and even marry her.

• A classic command-based RPG

  There is no tedious level grinding through repeated battles against minor enemies. Instead, characters level up by consuming items obtained while progressing through the main story and completing side quests.

• Equipping a weapon grants access to skills associated with that weapon.

  Materials found while exploring can be used to upgrade weapons and add new skills to them. Weapons and equipment can be freely changed during battle without consuming a turn.

  Combat is designed to be relatively challenging.

  Prepare yourself for desperate battles using the ATB system.

• Players can freely choose the combat difficulty

  The game offers a relaxed difficulty for players who simply want to enjoy the story and character events, as well as harder modes for those seeking strategic depth and a satisfying challenge.

  The difficulty can be changed at any point during the game.

• The story will confront players with a variety of choices

  Some sections involve gathering information from local people, examining patients, and piecing together clues.

  Your choices may change how quests can be resolved and which items you receive. They can also cause certain NPCs to become allies or enemies—and may lead to death, killing, and many other consequences.
