About This Game

Shape a World That Moves Without You

Disrupt Destiny is an open-ended fantasy RPG set in a living world where nations, factions, and characters pursue their own goals — whether you interfere or not.

Wars begin. Cities fall. Alliances shift. Characters travel, fight, rise to power, or disappear from history.

You are not the chosen hero at the center of it all.

You are simply one person living in this world — and what you choose to do can disrupt its destiny.

A World That Doesn't Wait for You

Time moves forward, and so does the world.

Factions make decisions according to their own interests and relationships. Armies move across the map, territories change hands, and conflicts can escalate into full-scale wars.

Important characters have their own affiliations, parties, objectives, and circumstances. Their lives do not freeze simply because you are somewhere else.

Ignore a conflict for too long, and it may already be over when you arrive.

Choose Your Own Place in History

There is no single path you are expected to follow.

Serve a kingdom. Join a military organization. Work as a mercenary. Support a resistance. Explore dangerous ruins and dungeons. Take contracts simply to make a living — or turn against the people you once fought beside.

Your actions affect your relationships with individuals, organizations, and entire factions.

An ally in one playthrough may become an enemy in another.

A nation that survived last time may collapse this time.

And a character destined to die may survive because you happened to be there.

Events Without a Single Correct Outcome

Major events are not simply cutscenes waiting for the player to trigger them.

They emerge from the state of the world: who is alive, who controls a city, which factions are at war, where important characters are, and what you have done before.

Intervene, and history may change.

Refuse to intervene, and history will continue without you.

Sometimes the consequences of your decisions will not become clear until much later.

Explore, Fight, and Survive

Travel between cities and settlements across a changing world map, accept quests and contracts, form a party, and explore first-person dungeons filled with enemies, events, and discoveries.

Combat and exploration are only part of a larger world simulation. What happens inside a dungeon may affect what you can do outside it — and what happens in the wider world may determine why you entered that dungeon in the first place.

No Two Histories Need to Be the Same

Disrupt Destiny is built around multiple possible histories rather than a single predetermined storyline.

Who survives.

Who rules.

Who betrays whom.

Which cities fall.

Which wars happen.

And where you stand when they do.

The world has its own destiny.

You decide whether to follow it — or disrupt it.
