About This Game

Robinson Survival -  miraculous rescue

A young woman regains consciousness on a deserted shore. There are no people and no signs of shelter—only the sea and a dense forest concealing an unknown land.

She has no idea where she is. Should she search for other people and ask for help—or hide, fearing that someone may be pursuing her? Who is she, and how did she get here? Those are questions that still need to be answered.

But before she can search for the truth, she must deal with more immediate problems: quench her thirst, find food, make a fire, build a shelter, and learn how to defend herself against wild animals.

Robinson: Survival is a single-player, turn-based card strategy game about survival, exploring an unknown land, and uncovering the past of Miss Robinson. Build your deck, set out on expeditions, gather resources, craft tools, establish camps, and make decisions that will shape not only the course of the adventure, but also the heroine’s ultimate fate.

Robinson Survival - tools and suppliesSurvival, Played Through Cards

The cards in Robinson: Survival represent the heroine’s tools, weapons, supplies, and abilities.

An axe can be used to gather wood and defend yourself in battle. A bow allows you to attack enemies from a distance. A flask of water and dried meat can restore your strength. Jumping, delivering a powerful kick, or focusing your attention may help you overcome an obstacle, avoid danger, or discover an alternative solution.

To complete a task, you must play cards with the appropriate attributes. Some challenges can be overcome through persistence or brute force, while others require knowledge or agility.

Before every expedition, you assemble your own deck, choosing which weapons, tools, and supplies to take with you. During the expedition, cards are drawn from the deck in a random order—but you decide when to draw more, how much energy to spend, and whether to replace part of your hand in the hope of finding better options.

Your hand size is limited, food and water are scarce, and energy runs out quickly. Even a powerful deck will not remove the need to carefully plan every move.

Robinson Survival - cards and how to create themCraft, Use, and Lose Cards

After returning from an expedition, every card you took with you loses some of its durability. An ordinary tool may survive several journeys, but sooner or later it will break.

Your deck is constantly changing. Worn-out cards must be replaced, while newly discovered recipes allow you to craft more reliable weapons, useful supplies, and new abilities.

Cards can be found while exploring locations or crafted at camp using the materials you have gathered. Decide how to spend your limited resources: rebuild your usual equipment set, create several spare cards, or invest in a valuable camp upgrade.

As you progress, you will unlock new recipes, strengthen your deck, and discover increasingly effective card combinations.

Robinson Survival - travel and exploration

Explore an Unknown Land

Each expedition takes place on a map divided into hexagonal tiles. Choose your route, uncover new areas, and decide how far you are willing to venture before returning to camp.

You will explore a variety of environments, including sea shores, dense forests, highlands, and other difficult-to-reach regions. Eventually, the heroine’s journey will lead her into caves, underground complexes, and ancient temples, where ordinary dangers give way to increasingly strange and inexplicable phenomena.

During expeditions, you will:

  • search for food and water;

  • gather materials;

  • find safe places to rest;

  • investigate unusual objects;

  • discover new routes;

  • obtain recipes for cards and buildings;

  • complete story-driven objectives;

  • fight animals and other enemies.

Story-focused adventure maps are handcrafted, while many other regions and dungeons are generated anew in each game. As a result, even familiar territory will not always offer the same route.

After completing an adventure, you return to camp, recover your strength, rebuild your deck, and choose the destination of your next expedition on the world map.

Robinson Survival - decision-making situations

Every Decision Has a Price

Many events can be approached in several different ways.

Try to resolve a problem peacefully—or act aggressively. Rely on strength or knowledge. Prepare carefully—or take a risk and act quickly.

Your decisions may reward you with resources, cards, recipes, knowledge, or access to previously inaccessible areas. A poor choice, however, may result in injuries, lost cards, or an enemy attack.

To survive, you must manage your health, energy, and food supplies. Food is consumed over time. Energy allows you to draw new cards from your deck and use certain abilities. Injuries can be treated at camp, while resting, during special events, or with the help of specific cards.

Sometimes the best choice is to abandon a reward and conserve your strength. At other times, taking a risk may be the only way to obtain a resource you need to continue. The true cost of a mistake may not become apparent immediately, but only after a chain of subsequent events.

Robinson Survival - camp and buildings

Build a New Home

After every expedition, Miss Robinson returns to camp with all the resources, provisions, recipes, and knowledge she has collected. Here, she can rest, recover, craft new cards, and prepare for the next journey.

At first, the camp is empty. You will need to build a simple shelter and find a way to make fire. Later, you will discover blueprints for more advanced structures and defensive fortifications.

Developing your camp will allow you to:

  • recover health and energy more effectively;

  • prepare more nutritious food;

  • craft new types of weapons and tools;

  • produce supplies for future expeditions;

  • unlock more advanced recipes;

  • prepare for attacks and other threats.

As you travel deeper into the unknown, the location of your main base may change. The temporary shelter on the shore will be only the first of several camps that help Miss Robinson reach increasingly remote and unexplored regions.

Robinson Survival - Enemies and Battles

Fight with Your Deck

Combat is turn-based and uses the same deck you rely on while exploring the map.
Assign cards to attack and defense, use weapons and physical abilities, consider each enemy’s unique traits, and prepare for their next move. The most powerful card is not always the best choice—sometimes several simple cards whose properties complement one another can be far more effective.
Enemies have different attributes, behaviors, and special abilities. Wild animals may simply attack you, but as the story progresses, the heroine will encounter creatures that are far more difficult to confront.

If a battle turns against you, you can attempt to retreat. Fleeing, however, costs health and energy, and a badly injured heroine may not survive the escape.
If Miss Robinson dies, you return to the state of the camp before the expedition began. The resources and discoveries gained during the failed journey will be lost, but you can rebuild your deck, change your tactics, or try a different route.

Robinson Survival - The Secrets of Miss Robinson's Past

Discover Who Miss Robinson Really Is

All that is known is that she escaped in a hot-air balloon that crashed over the sea. She may have been the only person who managed to reach the shore alive.
But what was she running from? Who was she before the crash? And was it truly an accident that brought her to this particular place?
The heroine’s story will unfold through narrative objectives, discoveries, and encounters. Gradually, the ordinary struggle for food, water, and shelter will become part of an astonishing mystery.
As you progress, you will influence the path Miss Robinson follows. Focus on improving tools and pursuing scientific research—or turn to the island’s mystical forces and the heroine’s own hidden abilities.
Your decisions will determine what knowledge and powers she acquires, and what kind of future she chooses. Whether she leaves this land, attempts to contact the outside world, or discovers something more important here will depend on the path you take and the choices you make.
