About This Game

Welcome to Game of Gods

If you could choose any characters from an era, a league, or a fantasy world and bring them together to form your ultimate dream team, who would you pick—and where would you place them?

In Game of Gods, you select characters, assign their positions, and build a team around the theme of each mode. Once the match begins, it plays out automatically according to a complete set of predefined rules. Each character’s abilities, role, synergy, and in-match performance contribute to the final result.

You do not need to control every action yourself. However, every decision you make before the match begins could determine whether your team wins or loses.

Choose Your Characters and Assign Their Positions

Every character has their own abilities, role, and defining traits.

A powerful character may not be suitable for every position, and filling your team with the highest-rated characters does not necessarily create the best lineup. Some characters excel as the team’s core, some specialize in offense, some control the pace of the match, while others transform the team through support, protection, or resource management.

You will need to consider:

  • Whether each character is suited to their assigned position

  • Whether the lineup has a complete and balanced set of capabilities

  • Whether the characters can create effective synergies

  • Whether the team has any obvious weaknesses

  • Whether the lineup can adapt to the conditions of the current theme

Assigning the right character to the right role is often more important than simply pursuing individual strength.

Complete Simulations Under Predefined Rules

Every match follows rules established by the game.

You cannot change those rules once a match has begun, nor can you directly control the outcome. During the simulation, the system continuously evaluates both teams based on character ratings, suitability for assigned roles, lineup synergies, matchups and counters, environmental factors, and event outcomes.

Different modes may use different rules, but every mode has clear and consistent victory conditions. Every lineup is tested under the same rules.

You build the team. The simulation system brings it to life.

Every Character Influences the Match

Game of Gods does more than display a simple win-or-lose result at the end.

Throughout the match, every character can have a clear impact. Core characters may improve the performance of the entire team, offensive characters can create advantages, support characters can stabilize the situation, and special characters may change the course of the match at a critical moment.

Characters may also activate synergies with one another:

  • Familiar partners can coordinate more effectively

  • Characters with complementary abilities can compensate for each other’s weaknesses

  • Characters with similar styles can form stronger tactical systems

  • Characters with conflicting roles may be unable to perform at their full potential

  • Certain combinations may activate unique effects

The same character may perform very differently depending on their assigned position and the teammates around them.

Multiple Themes, Different Battlegrounds

Game of Gods is not limited to a single setting.

The game can feature many different types of lineup-based competition, including:

  • Wars between historical figures and their factions

  • Lineup battles between basketball players from different eras

  • Dream football teams composed of players from across the sport

  • Crossover battles between anime characters

  • Contests of ability between video game characters

  • Other themes featuring their own characters and rule systems

Each theme has its own positions, attributes, synergies, and victory conditions. To find the best possible lineup, you must first understand the rules of the mode you are playing.

It Is Not About the Strongest Character—It Is About the Strongest Team

A team’s strength is more than the sum of its characters’ ratings.

Some lineups possess overwhelming power but lack stability. Others may have no outstanding individual stars, yet consistently gain the upper hand through strong role assignments and character synergies. Some teams excel at establishing an early advantage but gradually lose control during a prolonged contest.

What truly determines victory is whether the entire lineup can function effectively under the established rules.

Choose your characters. Assign their positions. Complete your lineup, and then begin the simulation.

You decide who gets the chance to enter the arena.

The rules decide who deserves to make it to the end.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

This game utilizes AI during gameplay to dynamically generate partial narrative texts and character dialogue in real time based on game progress, character status, and player choices, which may result in varying text content across different playthroughs. To mitigate the risk of inappropriate output, the game enforces rule constraints, sensitive content detection, and keyword filtering on both AI prompts and generated responses. Any non-compliant content will be blocked or replaced accordingly.
