“This game is being built with player feedback in mind. Running a supply yard involves a lot of interlocking systems—logistics, equipment, deliveries, store management—and it's worth seeing how real players use and break those systems before calling it finished. Early Access allows the core gameplay loop to be refined based on what people actually enjoy and where they get stuck, rather than guessing.”

Start with a modest lot and grow it into a thriving supply yard. In Supply Yard Simulator, you're in charge of every part of the operation — sourcing and stocking landscaping and construction materials, organizing your yard for maximum efficiency, and keeping the wheels turning as orders roll in.

Hop between a full roster of heavy equipment to get the job done right. Load pallets with the forklift, swing heavy beams and pipe with the crane, load bulk material with the loader, and gravel and soil. Need to move loads across the yard or across town? Jump on the flatbed truck. Got a waterside delivery? Take the boat out and get it there.

Every delivery matters. Plan your routes, load your vehicles carefully, and get materials to job sites on time to build your reputation and unlock more equipment and a larger yard. Manage your inventory, balance your budget, and expand your operation from a single small lot into a sprawling, fully-equipped supply yard.

Stock your Store

Order landscaping and construction supplies from a computer and place them in the yard. Use a hand truck, forklift, and crane to move supplies around.

Set Prices

Use a barcode scanner to change prices of products.

Serve Customers

Use a terminal at the checkout to accept payment from customers.

Deliver
