About This Game

Bureau of Hero Affairs is a simulation game about processing paperwork in an obsolete Windows environment and tracing concealed records through a corporate intranet and terminal. Korea, the 2010s. You are a journalist, and you must uncover a truth a state agency has covered up.

An explosion in a low-income district — and then twenty years.

A whistleblower report has come in about the forgotten incident. You begin an undercover investigation into the Bureau of Hero Affairs, the state agency responsible for managing and deploying Enhanced individuals.

Perform your duties

Your cover identity is a newly appointed officer in the Operations Division. Check dispatch requests against the manual, then approve or reject them. Frequent mistakes are grounds for dismissal. Carry out your duties faithfully.

Decide the heroes' fates.

The heroes on the roster each have their own circumstances. Decide whether to grant their requests, or follow the guidelines.

Reconstructing the truth

Access the intranet and the databases to reconstruct a systematically concealed truth. Or you can see nothing at all, and simply work diligently. Gather the truth and report it — or stay silent.
