Pick Playground is a 3D crane and rigging sandbox that lets you model lifts the way they are planned in the field. Choose a crane, set your boom length, angle, and slew, configure the rigging, shape your load, and see whether the pick holds up against real published manufacturer load charts. Built by a rigger with 18 years of professional experience, it treats the craft with the precision it deserves.

Rig it like you mean it

• Real rigging - bridle legs, sling spread, spreader bars, off-plumb picks, COG offsets, and custom leg lengths

• Live statics - watch sling tension, WLL, load swing, and dynamic load factors respond to every move

• Real load charts - judge each pick against published charts from real crane models

• Reeving that matters - parts of line, block weight, and line pull all factor into the gross load

Physics you can feel

Loads swing, tension builds, and an overloaded rig can fail. Shock-load a sling and it snaps. Overreach the chart and the crane tips. Every throttle input is your lever on sway and tension, just like the real thing.

Build something

Pick, connect, and assemble. Splice steel into longer sections, stand members upright, form cantilever towers, ballast outrigger bases, and bridge gaps. The sandbox is a construction kit as much as a crane sim. No gates, no gimmicks. Every crane, load, obstacle, and scene is yours to play with. Save your picks, share them, and come back to build more.

Solve real-world puzzles

Five zones, twenty-five levels, each a real rigging problem. Learn the fundamentals on the Drawing Board and work up to heavy multi-crane jobs, scored on how cleanly you plan and execute every pick.
