About This Game

“You arrive in Trivoria as the war enters its first year. You are here to heal, yet face impossible choices. Limited supplies, countless wounded… each decision leaves a scar. Who can you save where hope itself is scarce?”

A consequence-driven narrative game where you play as a volunteer surgeon in a war-torn village. Patients arrive daily, but you won’t be able to treat everyone. Who you save, who you turn away, and how you do it ripples far beyond your clinic.

Every dilemma poses a morality question that balances individual wellbeing, politics, and the long-term repercussions on the community and the course of the war. There are no right answers. Only consequences.

Shape the Course of the Village and the War

Your choices impact way beyond the wellbeing of the patients you are treating. A patient can be covertly helping smuggle civilians out of the village. Another one can be planning to bomb a neighborhood. An engineer could be the only one who knows how to restore power in case of a failure. A soldier can be instrumental in the outcome of the war.

Balance your relationship with the different factions at play, and help seal the fate of the war. Step aside from politics  and be the beacon of light for every individual who is suffering the hardships of living under occupied territory. But remember, every choice has a consequence.
