About This Game

The frontier has gone mechanical—and the machines have gone mad.

In Monster Mavericks, you and a posse of up to four gunslingers take on fast-paced survivor-style hunts across a steampunk Wild West. Accept a bounty in town, choose your starting loadout, and venture into a procedurally assembled frontier where increasingly dangerous enemies stand between you and your target.

But finding the boss is only half the hunt. Your posse must locate its arena, gather together to draw it out, and bring it down before time runs out.

BUILD YOUR RUN

Defeated enemies leave behind experience that unlocks randomized upgrade cards. Improve your weapons, movement and survivability—or deploy an arsenal of clockwork drones.

Call down lightning, pierce enemy lines with railguns, blanket the battlefield in flame, protect nearby allies, weaken hostile machines and create hazardous areas around your posse.

CHOOSE YOUR LOADOUT

Start every hunt with a distinct weapon style:

• Dual Pistols – A balanced, rapid-firing option

• Scattergun – Devastating short-range cone attacks

• Long Rifle – Powerful piercing shots from a distance

• Dynamite Bandolier – Delayed explosives built for clearing groups

Every posse member chooses independently, so duplicate loadouts and unconventional team compositions are always allowed.

RIDE WITH A POSSE

Host a game, invite Steam friends and fight together in online co-op. Keep track of your posse’s health, loadouts and active drones while directional indicators and a mini-map help separated players find one another.

When an ally falls, surviving posse members can stand their ground nearby to revive them. Win or lose, everyone returns to town together to prepare for the next bounty.
