“The Royal Yes is a choice-driven kingdom simulator built around meaningful decisions, branching stories, and unique character paths. Early Access allows us to continue expanding the game with new events, characters, encounters, and options.

We want every choice to feel meaningful and every reign to feel different. Player feedback will help us improve balance, storytelling, and the many branching paths within the game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan for The Royal Yes to remain in Early Access for approximately 12–18 months.

During this time, we will continue adding new events, illustrations, character stories, and gameplay improvements. The exact timeline may change depending on the amount of content added and the feedback we receive from players.

Our goal is to ensure that when the final decree is made, the kingdom feels rich, complete, and rewarding to explore.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version of The Royal Yes will include more events, character stories, romance routes, decisions, endings, and additional content.

During Early Access, we plan to add:

* New characters and court members
* More branching events and hidden paths
* Additional decisions and consequences
* More endings and unique outcomes
* New illustrated scenes and story content
* Improvements based on player feedback

The final version will offer a larger and more complete experience, with more ways for every king's reign to become truly unique.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version contains the foundation of The Royal Yes:

* The throne room decision system
* Multiple endings
* 150 petitions brought before the throne
* Kingdom resource management
* Three romance routes and two one-time encounters
* Hand-illustrated characters and scenes

The game is fully playable, and future updates will continue expanding the number of choices, routes, and endings.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price will increase as more content is added and the game approaches its full release.”

A valiant knight requests soldiers for battle. A noble demands privilege and influence... A noblewoman requests a private audience in her chambers.

And your answer shall be but one of two words.

Yes. Or No.

May your wisdom guide every judgment, for each decree shall echo throughout the realm. One Yes may ignite a war that consumes the kingdom... One No may preserve the crown or lose it slowly.
