About This Game

The dragon's hoard is in your care — starting today

Deep in the mountains lies a treasure hoard the dragon has gathered over centuries. You are the new keeper entrusted with its care.

Open the doors and customers arrive — some searching for a treasure, some bringing a relic to restore, and some simply carrying a story they need someone to hear. Your job is simple: understand what they truly want, and respond in the right way.

When the day ends, you take a lantern down into the caverns beneath the hoard to gather materials. When morning comes, you open the shop once more. Over one hundred days, you may grow from keeper to appraiser, from appraiser to artisan — and perhaps become the one person the dragon learns to trust.

✨ Treasures that feel real in your hands

The treasures here feel real enough to touch.

Set within a warm, hand-painted world of shop and cavern, you will handle treasures rendered in lifelike detail — the gleam of polished metal, the glow of a cut gem, and the marks left behind by centuries. Pick them up, turn them over, study their surfaces, and wipe away the grime to bring back their shine. The tactile pleasure of handling a real treasure is one of the game's most distinctive sensations.

🗣️ It all begins with a customer's request

At the heart of this game is the customer's request. Some customers know exactly what they want. Others speak in riddles, hints, and half-truths. The moment you read between the lines, the work begins.

You can answer those requests in three ways — by appraising, restoring, or crafting. Notice what each customer needs, choose how to respond, and let those small decisions shape each day in the hoard.

🔍 Appraise — observe clues and deduce the truth

A treasure of unknown origin is placed on your counter. The answer is written nowhere.

Take up your five appraisal tools — a brush to clear away dust, a hammer to listen for its ring, a magnifying glass to study the surface, a crystal orb to see within, and a UV lamp to reveal what is hidden. Each tool uncovers a different fragment of the treasure's story.

From the clues you gather, deduce the treasure's type, material, era, element, and rarity, then record your findings in an appraisal report. Observe, infer, and arrive at certainty — this is the game's most thoughtful and satisfying kind of challenge.

🧼 Restore — bring back its shine by hand

A relic dulled, stained, and worn by time. Place it on the workbench and help it recover its original luster.

Study the material and choose the right tool — a gentle brush for soft surfaces, something stronger for stubborn stains. Choose poorly and you may leave a scratch, so handle each piece with care. Examine every blemish with your magnifying glass, apply the right treatment, and finish with a polishing cloth. Before your eyes, a dull treasure begins to gleam again.

⚒️ Forge — treasures born from the fire

Once you have the materials, you can forge new treasures yourself.

Choose a material and an element, set them on the workbench, and bring the hammer down at just the right moment. The truer your timing, the finer the treasure. Then choose its purpose — refine it as a display piece to sell for a higher price, or build it for durability so it holds strong. Add one of six special materials gathered from the caverns, and you can guide the result further — raising rarity, stabilizing the outcome, and more.

🏮 The night cavern — a quiet moment to breathe

When the day's work is done, take a single lantern down into the caverns beneath the hoard.

Explored in first person, the cavern offers some of the game's quietest and most beautiful moments. Warm lantern light, crystal veins shimmering in every color along the walls, and over 70 hand-painted scenes wait at each fork in the path. Which way to go, where to pause, and what to gather are entirely up to you.

Pick up materials from the cavern floor, discover a glinting treasure, and now and then meet a customer who can only be found down here. There is no need to hurry. The slow walk that closes out your day is a reward in itself.

🐉 Build trust with the dragon

Customers are not the only ones watching you. The hoard's owner — the dragon — is watching too.

The more carefully you serve your customers, the more the dragon's trust grows. As that trust deepens, your tribute to the hoard becomes lighter, rarer treasures begin to find their way into the shop, and now and then the dragon reveals a story meant for you alone.

And after one hundred days — depending on the kind of keeper you have become — nine different endings await. If you would rather keep the doors open after the ending, an endless mode lets you stay as long as you like, free from tribute.

📈 A growing shop, and ever more puzzles

Spend the gold you earn to expand your shop and forge better tools.

As the shop grows, the customers at your door and the treasures on your counter begin to change. New treasure categories unlock one by one, and the puzzles on your appraisal table become more varied and demanding. The treasure you could not understand yesterday may be one you can name at a glance today.

⚔️ Some days are special

Between ordinary days, special ones quietly arrive.

The Dragon's Trial is a contest hosted by the dragon, testing your skill in appraisal, restoration, and forging all at once. It is held several times throughout the campaign, so a single specialty will not be enough to claim the crown.

And on some nights, raiders come for the hoard's treasures. What protects the hoard then is none other than the treasures you forged with your own hands.

🏛 Your finest work, on display

Among the treasures you forge, the very best earn a place in the Hall of Fame.

Your finest piece in each category stands on its pedestal, ranked by value alongside the signature works of six rivals. One by one, surpass their masterpieces on your climb to the top — and see just how far your craft has come.

🌿 A place where it is okay to fail

There is no game over here.

Misread an appraisal or leave a scratch during restoration, and your path does not end. Your reward is simply a little smaller, and the next customer is always waiting at the door. Do well and you earn more; that is all. This is a shop that runs entirely at your own pace, with no clock to watch.
