About This Game

A Summer Vacation to Experience

In South Fork, players control April Loon, an 18-year-old woman preparing to start college while navigating her life after transition. For her final month of summer break, April's gone to her family's home at the beach. She hopes to reconnect with a childhood friend and finally enjoy beach life the way it's meant to be enjoyed: as herself.

And a Supernatural Mystery to Solve

When she arrives, April learns her friend has gone missing. In fact, they are only the latest in a long line of disappeared youth. The trail leads all around South Fork, from the Montauk Lighthouse to Hither Woods Preserve, from skate parks to card stores, from Camp Hero to the mysterious waterways that spread out like veins under Long Island. Can April find her friend before the end of summer? And can she stop other kids from going missing?

Key Features

  • Enjoy Your Summer: Eat pizza. Experiment with your synthesizer. Go to the beach. Listen to the gulls and the waves. Relax. It's summer!

  • Make New Friends: Explore the famous beach town and meet the locals. There's Denise, another person concerned about the missing kids. A couple of lesbians run a game store. There's a ghost in the lighthouse. Wait, what?

  • Do Your Chores: Don’t forget, sometimes you have to take the trash out. And you should put on sunscreen every time you go to the beach.

  • Collect Cards: Find lost cards from a long-forgotten trading card game. Build up your binder and show off your collection.

  • Defeat Conversion Therapy: Experience a new queer classic about liberating ourselves from the clutches of truly evil organizations.

  • Accept Yourself: Learn about April's special powers and help her embrace who she was meant to be. Maybe you'll learn something about yourself along the way.
