« We expect Backrooms With Friends to be in Early Access for approximately 1-2 years. Enough time to expand the level roster, refine multiplayer stability, and act on community feedback before a full launch. »

« We plan to add more procedurally generated levels, including ones requested by the community. We also plan to introduce character customization options, and we're looking at expanding features like different game modes, matchmaking and level progression systems. Our overall goal is to grow the game's scope well beyond the current 4 levels while keeping the core exploration and multiplayer experience intact. As with any Early Access title, plans may evolve based on player feedback and testing. »

« The Early Access version currently includes 4 playable, procedurally generated levels. Each of these levels is fully functional and polished in its current form, you can jump in and play a complete experience today. We have further updates planned to expand on this foundation over time. »
