You are caffeine.
Injected into the arm of a human running on empty.
Reach the brain before you are metabolized, and wake him up.

STOP AND YOU DIE

Your survival timer drains without pause.
The only way to refill it is to kill. Taking a hit drains it further.

There is no bar on screen.
Only the vignette closing in and your heartbeat speeding up tell you how much is left.

At the end of every chapter, a mutant guards the gate to the organ.
