Probability Workshop is a lottery tycoon simulator. You stand on the winning side of the rules — designing odds, setting payouts, watching money flow into your pockets.

Core Gameplay

• Design Lotteries — Pick-3, Daily Draw, Progressive Jackpot. Define prize tiers and payout structures.

• Control Payout Rates — 50% or 30%? High rates keep them coming back. Low rates maximize your cut.

• Allocate Funds — Prize pool, commissions, public benefit, profit. A four-way balancing act.

• Build Your Retail Network — Recruit franchisees, expand your reach, penetrate the entire city.

Every NPC Has a Life of Their Own

85% of people buy a few tickets and leave. They come in silence, they leave in silence.

15% can't stop. And that 15% generates almost all of your profit.

• Passersby become regulars. Regulars can't stop. Those who can't stop lose everything.

• Winning isn't always the end — 70% of jackpot winners go broke within 5 years, worse off than before.

• Follow any NPC's journey: from curiosity to addiction, from addiction to ruin.

On the left, your wealth grows.

On the right, their lives collapse.

The game doesn't pop up warnings about the dangers of gambling. It simply says:

"You netted ¥16,800 from him."

Business Pressure

• 60 periods per cycle — pay your license fee or shut down
