What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Flight Fights is a chaotic, systems driven party game, and that kind of game lives or dies on how it feels with real groups of friends. We want to get it in front of players early so we can tune the pace of the chaos, balance how tasks are distributed between players, and find out what's actually fun under pressure versus what just feels unfair. Early Access lets us build the remaining roles and content around real feedback instead of guesswork, and it means the community gets to help shape how the full game comes together.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect Flight Fights to be in Early Access for around [6 to 9 months], though this may shift depending on feedback and how much scope we add along the way.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version covers the core loop: managing a cabin full of passengers and reacting to real time events as a team. We plan to expand this significantly for the full release, including the Pilot role, which adds two additional player slots and brings the game up to its full 5 player co-op experience. We also plan to add more passenger types and event variety, additional flights and settings beyond a single cabin layout, further difficulty tuning and progression systems, and general polish to visuals, audio, and UI based on community feedback throughout Early Access.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current build is fully playable for up to 3 players and includes all of the core real time systems: serving food to hangry passengers, unclogging toilets, breaking up fights between passengers, and managing the general chaos that builds up over a flight. The Pilot role, and the extra 2 player capacity that comes with it, is still in development and not yet included in this build.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No. We're not planning on changing the price of Flight Fights when it leaves Early Access. The game will be priced the same throughout Early Access and after full release.
”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Flight Fights is a party game built around chaos that only really shows itself when real groups of friends play together, so community feedback is going to be central to development rather than an afterthought. We'll be running regular playtests and using feedback from those sessions to balance tasks, tune difficulty, and figure out which events are fun chaos versus frustrating chaos.
We plan to keep an open line with players through the Steam community hub and Discord, where we'll share updates, ask for input on upcoming features like the Pilot role, and take suggestions for new passenger types and events. Since this is a co-op game, we're especially keen to hear from groups who play together regularly, since their experience of communication and teamwork under pressure is exactly what we're trying to get right.”

About This Game

FLIGHT FIGHTS

Boarding is complete. Mayhem is not far behind.

You and up to four friends are the entire cabin crew on the most chaotic flight ever booked. One of you is serving meals. Another is sprinting to break up a fistfight over an armrest. Someone's dealing with a toilet catastrophe at row 34, and someone else just noticed the drinks cart is on fire.

Welcome to Flight Fights, a local and online co-op party game for 1 to 5 players where the only thing more turbulent than the flight is your teamwork.

Keep them fed. Serve meals, drinks, and snacks before hangry passengers start a riot in economy class.

Keep the peace. Break up brawls, confiscate contraband, and calm down passengers losing it over the in-flight movie choice.

Keep it clean. Unclog toilets, mop up spills, and deal with whatever just happened in the lavatory. Someone has to.

Keep the plane in the sky. Juggle every disaster at once as the difficulty climbs, alarms blare, and your flight rating tanks with every dropped tray and unresolved punch-up.

Whether you're flying with a full crew of five or trying to hold the cabin together solo, every flight spirals into a new kind of glorious disaster. Communicate, panic, laugh, and try to land this thing with your passengers, and your friendships, still intact.

Fasten your seatbelts. It's about to get bumpy.

Unlike other games I only used AI to fix one multiplayer bug which I couldnt fix myself :)
