Generative OpenAI tools were used during development to create and edit selected game illustrations, backgrounds, fictional-character portraits, document and assignment images, some marketing artwork, and to assist with portions of written content and localization. All generated material was reviewed, selected, edited, and integrated by the developer. Licensed archival photographs and credited source materials are identified separately in the in-game credits. Story narration and telephone conversations include pre-generated synthetic voice performances made with ElevenLabs eleven_multilingual_v2, using licensed default voices and original Voice Design voices. They were technically and linguistically reviewed before integration; no politician's voice is cloned or imitated. The game does not generate AI content during gameplay and does not connect to external AI services.
