About This Game

"47 Prefectures Baseball GM" is a baseball management simulation game set in an alternate Japan where every prefecture has its own professional baseball team.

There are 48 fictional clubs in total, with one team for each prefecture and two teams in Tokyo. You choose one club and take charge as its general manager. Your goal is to build the team season by season, win your regional league, advance through the playoffs, and ultimately become the champion of Japan.

You are not the manager on the field. You are the GM.

Your job is to shape the entire organization. Build the roster, decide the batting order and pitching rotation, draft new players, develop young talent, reinforce weak positions, manage finances, and guide your club through the long season.

The game begins with the draft. Scout promising rookies, choose your first-round target, and deal with the tension of competing against other clubs for the same player. Some prospects may become future stars, while others may need time to grow.

During the season, each day starts at the GM desk. Check the standings, review your roster, prepare for the next opponent, and make decisions before watching your team play. Games are presented in a style between a live pitch-by-pitch scoreboard and a tabletop baseball board, with commentary, count, runners, lineups, and play results helping you follow the flow of the match.

Because this is a GM game, you do not swing the bat or throw the pitch yourself. Instead, you watch the team you built compete on the field. The players you drafted, trained, promoted, and trusted will create their own stories over the course of the season.

Each fictional club has its own region, logo, mascot, team color, roster, home stadium, and identity. Rivalries, draft stories, winning streaks, young players breaking through, foreign players joining mid-season, and playoff races all help create the feeling of a living fictional baseball world.

This is a game for players who enjoy sports management, fictional leagues, roster building, drafts, long seasons, and watching a team slowly become their own.
