What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We would like to adjust the game balance and improve the overall play experience while taking player feedback into account.

The current version still has content and features that have not yet been implemented, so we are releasing the game in Early Access and plan to expand it as development continues.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect the Early Access period to last about one year.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version currently focuses on Story Mode and online matches with friends.
We plan to add the following content and features as we work toward the full release:
- Additional card packs, including the Dragon Pack and Magician Pack
- Online matchmaking
- Three- and four-player multiplayer battles
- Two-versus-two Tag Duels
These features are currently in development and may change depending on player feedback and the progress of development.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current Early Access version includes Story Mode and online matches with friends.
You can enjoy the core card battles, deck building, card collection, achievements, and more.
As development continues, we plan to use player feedback to improve game balance and usability while adding new content.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. We plan to raise the price when the game leaves Early Access, reflecting the additional content and features introduced during development.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Players can share feedback, bug reports, and balance-related suggestions through the Steam Community, reviews, and social media.

We plan to use the feedback we receive to adjust the game balance, improve the UI, and consider future content additions.”

About This Game

Collect Cards. Sell. Buy. And Battle!

Duck Fest is a 1v1 trading card game where you can list the cards you obtain on the Steam Community Market and trade them with other players.

Collect cards from packs and the shop, build your deck, and take on your opponents!

Every card has its own rarity and condition. The rarer the card—and the better its condition—the harder it is to find. You might even pull a pristine ultra-rare card from a pack!

Auction-Like Mind Games

Each turn, choose whether to play a card or pass. Read your opponent, make strategic use of the shallows and open water, and battle for the flag!

A single play can turn the tide and reclaim a stolen flag at the last possible moment. Enjoy tense, unpredictable mind games that will keep you on your toes until the very end!

Take Your Collection into Online Battles!

Build your own deck and challenge your Steam friends to 1v1 battles!

Win and you’re guaranteed a rare card. Even if you lose, you’ll still earn coins for opening packs.

Battle your friends, earn rewards, and grow your collection!

Anyone Can Become a Card Gamer

Just like a physical card game: collect, sell, buy, and battle. A game where anyone can become a card gamer—that’s Duck Fest!
