Why Early Access?

“Turbo Era Boss is already playable, but it is being built as a deeper long-term management game. Early Access allows us to involve players while we improve balance, race strategy, season progression, UI clarity, and long-term career depth. Feedback from management and motorsport fans is especially valuable because small balance changes can strongly affect how each race weekend feels.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect Turbo Era Boss to remain in Early Access for around 12 to 18 months, depending on player feedback, testing, balancing needs, and the scope of features added during development.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to expand the full version with deeper career progression, more seasons, improved team development, richer sponsor and driver systems, stronger race strategy tools, better balancing, more polish, improved audio/visual presentation, and broader customisation options. The exact scope may evolve based on community feedback during Early Access.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version is a playable single-player motorsport management game with a full season structure, team management, qualifying, race setup, pit-wall strategy, driver/team progression, car development, sponsors, weather, tyre wear, fuel, reliability and race results. Some systems are still being balanced and expanded, and presentation, content depth and long-term progression are still in active development.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to launch Early Access at a lower price and may increase the price later as the game gains more content, polish and long-term features. Any pricing changes will reflect the state and scope of the game at that time.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to use community feedback to guide balancing, usability improvements, race strategy systems, difficulty, progression pacing and feature priorities. Players will be encouraged to report issues, suggest improvements and share feedback through Steam Community discussions and development updates.”

About This Game

Turbo Era Boss is a single-player motorsport management game inspired by the wild turbo era of 1980s Grand Prix racing.

You are not the driver. You are the team boss.

Build your team, manage limited credits, develop the car, choose suppliers, handle sponsors, prepare race weekends and make strategy calls from the pit wall. Every decision matters: power, reliability, tyre wear, fuel, weather, driver form and race timing can turn a promising weekend into glory — or disaster.

Take control across qualifying, race setup and race day. Read the weather, react to changing track conditions, manage tyres and boost, plan pit stops and protect both cars through a full season.
