About This Game

FLESHFORGE is a gothic body-horror roguelike where you build a creature from scavenged parts — then watch it fight.

STITCH YOUR HORROR

Attach arms, heads, organs, and hides to a living torso. Each part brings stats, attacks, and elemental damage. Position matters — limbs need connections, organs boost what they touch.

MASTER THE FIVE ELEMENTS

Physical, Fire, Cold, Lightning, Void — stack elemental thresholds to unlock devastating ailments: Bleed, Ignite, Frostbite, Shock, Decay.

FORGE SYNERGIES

Six creature classes (Beast, Undead, Demon, Construct, Elf, Human) unlock powerful combo bonuses at 4- and 6-piece thresholds. Mix or specialize — your call.

SURVIVE THE GAUNTLET

Fight through three acts of escalating enemies. Shop for parts at the Butcher. Upgrade at The Slab. Face brutal Elites and massive Bosses. Die, learn, rebuild.

BETWEEN RUNS

Salvage parts from fallen horrors. Dispatch retired creatures to harvest resources. Unlock new parts and push harder omens for greater rewards.
