Why Early Access?

“There are so many ways that we could progress this game. We have tried many new and experimental approaches rarely seen before, such as the neural network piloted crafts, compartment based HP, and hull to craft system. Before we go further and overload the game with features, we need to get the core systems feeling right for players. It is better to solidify the foundations of a game like this, so that the crafts players build early on can still be used later down the line without massive alterations. We want the workshop to be the life and soul of this game. Therefore the wider community's input is invaluable. ”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect 6 months to a year. ”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to add even more weapons and modules, as well as add more features to the galaxies, such as larger alliances with more cooperation, mutli-galaxy events, and more endgame plights. We also want to add more game modes aside from galaxies and leagues, such as an expedition mode where players pilot a single craft and keep upgrading it over rounds of enemies. As well, we plan to add better language support. We plan to keep this game alive for years to come with regular updates, voted for by the players. ”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“This version includes hull and craft building, an early version of the galaxy game mode, custom battles, online multiplayer, league game mode, and other core game features. It will have some bugs. ”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, the price will be gradually increased as new features are added. ”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will host community votes where they can decide which features get implemented next. ”
