About This Game

Typerain is a fast, competitive typing arcade game. Words fall from the sky and your keyboard is the only thing standing between them and the floor. Miss three and it's over — so find your rhythm, build your combo, and don't look down.

Two dials. Twenty-five leaderboards.

Speed and Word complexity are set independently, 1 to 5 stars each — 25 distinct difficulty combos, each with its own global leaderboard. Cruise on Speed 1 / Word 1, or stare down Speed 5 / Word 5 and find out what you're really made of.

Game modes

• Endless — score attack tuned to whichever of the 25 combos you pick. One run, three lives, no ceiling.

• Daily Challenge — one shared seed for the entire world each day. Everyone types the exact same words. Survive the longest amount of time. Speed and word difficulty increase over time.

Scoring that rewards nerve

• Combo multipliers that climb the longer you stay flawless

• Live WPM and accuracy tracking every keystroke

• Monthly seasons — leaderboards reset, so there's always a fresh climb

Climb the ranks

Every validated run earns XP across a 999-level progression. Unlock titles, name colors, and a deep set of cosmetic flexes — banners, glows, animated name effects, and badges — that show off on every leaderboard. Your loadout follows your Steam profile.
