Why Early Access?

“We want to bring the game to players while we continue refining the visual experience. The core gameplay loop is in place, and Early Access gives us the opportunity to polish the art direction, environment details, and character models based on real player feedback. We believe the game is best shaped with a community alongside us.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to remain in Early Access for approximately 6 to 12 months. This timeline allows us to focus on visual polish, additional environments, and overall quality improvements before the full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“For the full release, we're planning to include a more complete set of handcrafted environments, higher fidelity models, and a more polished overall visual presentation. We're hoping to add new areas to explore, improve lighting and atmosphere, and do additional art passes across existing content. The core mechanics will remain as they are — our focus is on delivering a visually rich and atmospheric world.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is fully playable from start to finish. The core mechanics are complete and stable. Current content includes the main playable area with handcrafted environments and character models. Some visual elements are still being refined, and additional areas are in development. Performance is stable on supported hardware configurations.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually increase the price as we add more content and approach the full release. Early Access players are getting the best value by supporting the game at its earliest stage.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We actively read feedback on the Steam forums and community hub. Player input will directly influence our priorities — particularly around visual direction, environment design, and overall atmosphere. We plan to share regular development updates with screenshots and progress notes so the community can follow along and weigh in as the game evolves.”

Night Shift is a story-driven adventure set in an alternative version of 1990s Istanbul. You play as a young man searching for answers about his missing family while trying to survive in a city where every connection matters and every decision carries consequences.

Travel across the city, meet people from all walks of life, take on odd jobs, and slowly build a place for yourself in Istanbul's growing underground world. What begins as a simple search for the truth gradually pulls you into a network of criminals, smugglers, corrupt officials, and dangerous opportunities.
