SimPoker is a cozy-but-deep poker-room management sim. You start with an empty floor and grow it into a buzzing card room: poker tables, dealers, a cash cage, restrooms, a food stand, a bar with waitstaff, and security to keep it all running.

Build your floor. Place entrances, poker tables, and amenities tile by tile. Capacity, mood, and flow all respond to your layout. A cramped room with no restrooms or food drains guests fast, while a well-run floor keeps the rail full and the chips moving.

Hire and manage staff. Dealers, cage cashiers, bartenders, waitstaff, and security all draw wages. Pay raises keep morale up and understaffing creates real bottlenecks. Balance payroll against the rake your tables generate.

Real poker under the hood. Hands are genuinely dealt and evaluated, with cash games and nightly multi-table tournaments. Pull up the full visual hand-history review on any hand, sit down at your own table to play, or spectate the floor and watch the economy work.

Grow a real card-room economy. Members, waitlists, table stakes, capped rake, tournament series, upkeep, and reputation all interlock. Read the demand, open the right tables at the right stakes, and turn a sleepy room into the busiest game in town.
