About This Game

Lead animal and clockwork armies through a colourful steampunk world in Brassleaf Tactics. Capture cities, build your army and outmanoeuvre your opponent in turn-based battles fought across hex-grid maps.

Push for another city or reinforce the front? Spend your funds now or save for a stronger unit? Capture properties to fund your army, use terrain for protection, and bring the right units to counter your opponent. Plan your advance carefully: your next purchase matters as much as your next attack.

Meet 30+ commanders across Copper Oak, Green Fern, Blue Reed, Violet Pine, Golden Ginkgo and White Thorn. Each commander brings their own bonuses and special Power. Build a strategy around your leader's strengths, then choose the moment to commit that Power to the fight.

Learn the fundamentals in training missions, try the current test campaign, or test your plans against computer-controlled opponents in Versus. Challenge friends in local multiplayer, taking turns on the same computer.

Shape the next battle with the built-in map editor. Experiment with terrain and property placement to create new tactical challenges, from contested crossings to wide-open fronts. Design a battlefield, then put your strategies to the test.
