MEAT BLOCK is an atmospheric first-person survival horror game set in the isolated Siberian city of Vakhovsk.

November 2012. The city is under quarantine. Residential districts lie deserted, apartment stairwells and basements have become labyrinths, and a vast oil refinery still looms over Vakhovsk through the rain and fog.

Your task seems simple: infiltrate the city, reach the industrial complex, and retrieve a sample.

But the deeper you venture into Vakhovsk, the less it feels like an ordinary abandoned city.

EXPLORE VAKHOVSK

Make your way through prefabricated apartment blocks, courtyards, utility basements, industrial facilities, and the infrastructure hidden beneath the city.

Each major location is a self-contained survival horror level with its own routes, locked rooms, keys, puzzles, and shortcuts.

Study maps, keep track of locked doors, and return to familiar places once you discover a way forward.

SURVIVE, DON'T KILL EVERYTHING

Ammunition and resources are limited.

Not every enemy is worth a bullet. Sometimes it is better to retreat, avoid danger, or save a few magazines for whatever waits behind the next door.

Use melee weapons, firearms, and your surroundings to your advantage, and tread carefully to make it out alive.

THEY WERE ONCE HUMAN

Vakhovsk's infected still bear traces of their former lives.

Oil refinery workers, utility crews, local residents, and those who tried to wait out the disaster underground have become creatures whose behavior and appearance reflect where they were when the infection struck.

Some still wear their work gear. Some still clutch their tools.

And some have changed far more.

A CITY BENEATH THE CITY

Beneath ordinary apartment stairwells, heating mains, and utility rooms lies an infrastructure network whose true scale is impossible to grasp from the surface.

The deeper you descend, the clearer it becomes: Vakhovsk was hiding something long before the quarantine began.
