About This Game

Resist control through sound.

Aiya Desire is an exploration horror adventure with rhythm-game boss battles, set inside Sentinel, a massive signal tower hiding the truth behind the neural wearable chip known as HC.

Search rooms, collect items, read logs, and piece together the story through exploration.
Then, when a boss appears, the game shifts from horror adventure into a two-button rhythm battle.

Match the beat, survive the interference, and help Aiya resist the force trying to take hold of her mind.

Exploration, puzzles, and rhythm boss battles

Inside Sentinel, strange rooms, hidden logs, surveillance devices, and mechanisms that react to light and sound await.

As Aiya, you will explore the tower, gather clues, and solve the puzzles built into its distorted spaces.
But the closer you get to the truth, the more unstable the world becomes.

Vision warps.
Sound breaks apart.
The signal Refluxes.
Reality begins to lose its shape.

  • Exploration: Investigate rooms, gather items, read logs, and uncover clues through dialogue.

  • Puzzle solving: Use cameras, lights, candles, and other mechanisms to open the way forward.

  • Rhythm boss battles: Fight back with simple two-button inputs synced to the music.

  • Psychological horror: Visuals and sound shift as Aiya’s mental state deteriorates.

↑A chameleon-eyed enemy that sees every blind spot. Meccha scary.

Salvation, or control?

In the near future, AI has optimized almost every part of society.
And yet, war has not disappeared.

Eventually, the AIs reach a terrible conclusion.
Not bullets. Not bombs.
A biological weapon — a virus that invades the human mind.

The world collapses into an infection crisis.
People live in fear of hallucinations, panic, confusion, and mental breakdown.

Then, in the middle of that despair, a new device appears:

HC — the Harmony Chip.

A neural wearable chip said to calm fear, suppress confusion, and protect the human mind.
It spreads rapidly across the world.

Humanity is saved.
At least, that is what everyone believes.

But something is wrong.

Those who refuse to wear HC begin to change.
Even without any sign of infection, they suffer hallucinations, violent confusion, and personality collapse.
Many are forced into quarantine zones, and the divide between HC users and non-users grows deeper.

The missing father, the dead mother, and the black chip

Aiya’s father was one of the brilliant scientists who helped develop HC.

Once, he loved his daughter more than anything.
But one day, he began to distance himself from her.

A few days later, Aiya’s mother died under mysterious circumstances.
Her father disappeared.

An empty house.
The faint smell of iron.
A strange electronic noise coming from behind the walls.

In her father’s study, Aiya finds a handwritten message — and a black chip she has never seen before.

To save the people connected to HC, I am going to Sentinel.
Use this chip.
There is no time left.

At that moment, every monitor in the house turns on at once.

《Unauthorized individual detected. Recovery protocol initiated.》

Is her father an enemy?
Or is he trying to save her?

Did HC truly save humanity?
Or is something hidden beneath that so-called salvation?

Aiya’s nightmare begins.
