About This Game

As an adventurer, you step into a land of both opportunity and crisis, striving for the peak of wealth and fame. Go forth! The maze will grant your wishes. The maze will fulfill your deepest, darkest fantasies. Everything awaits within the world's "Greatest Maze"…

About This Game

Not about hacking and slashing. It's about choices.

There is no clashing of swords in the Great Maze. You won't be swinging weapons at monsters—what awaits you are doors. One door after another.

Every floor of the maze is lined with countless doors, each hiding a different fate behind it. Your goal is to find the exit door that leads to the next floor. But the real challenge is this: you never know which door to choose, nor who should open it.

Doors Are the Only Language of This Maze.

The doors of the maze are not all the same. They have types, states, and rules—you must learn to read them if you wish to go further.

Six Basic Types:

  • Blank Door: The safest choice. Unremarkable, but sometimes the best choice is the simplest one.

  • Mysterious Door: Opening it brings some form of negative effect upon your party—curses, fear, or something even stranger.

  • Trial Door: Not a fight, but a test. It may be a trap, a calamity—something your party must endure.

  • Fate Door: A new companion awaits behind this door. Expand your party, gain new abilities.

  • Greed Door: A gateway to wealth. Open it to obtain gold.

  • Wisdom Door: Gain items—key supplies that can turn the tide.

Door States Determine Your Strategy:

  • Locked Door: Requires a key to open. Where will you get the key? You might gamble on another door, or sacrifice the chance to buy something else.

  • Fog-Shrouded Door: Impossible to see what lies beyond. A blind choice—do you take the risk or play it safe?

  • Doors with Special Rules: Some must be opened in a specific order. Others require multiple party members working together. Your party composition determines which doors you can challenge.

Who You Choose to Open the Door Matters Just as Much.

Your party will grow as you explore. Each companion has unique traits—some are better at handling Mysterious Doors, reducing the impact of curses; others are more resilient against the trials of Trial Doors.

This is not a game about combat. It is a game about resource management, risk assessment, and timing.

A Rest Every Five Floors—The Line Between Life and Death.

Every five floors, you'll find a campfire.

Here, you can rest and resupply. A wandering merchant will sell you items with the gold you've risked to earn. These items are not weapons—they are keys, information, strategic resources that can turn an impossible door into a passage forward.

The campfire is also a place of farewells.

Death Is Not the End—It's Another Kind of Legacy.

In the maze, companions will die. They can be revived, or they can be buried.

When you lose a companion, you may choose to bury them at the campfire. Every buried companion leaves behind a "Death Rattle"—a permanent blessing. Sometimes, the dead are more useful than the living.

Sacrifice is never wasted. Every loss makes your party stronger for the journey ahead.

Changing paths is never a retreat—it is a gamble with death itself.

Each time you descend one more floor, you must find the one true exit among countless doors. But some doors are traps by nature; some hide malice behind them. When you feel the way forward is cut off and there is nowhere left to go, you may choose to change paths—refreshing every door on this floor, reshuffling the maze entirely.

Yet changing paths is not free.

The longer you linger on this floor, the closer death’s footsteps draw. He will not warn you, will not knock—he will simply choose one among you at random, and quietly grant that person an end. When to take the risk, when to pull back in time—that is all for your own judgment.

Every change of paths is a roll of the dice. Win, and new routes appear; lose, and the price is death.

Prepare Yourself. Step into the Great Maze.

No combat. No flashy moves. No easy way to the end.

Just door after door—and the choices you make in front of each one.

Choose your doors. Manage your party. Accept sacrifice. Move forward.

Fortune and truth lie in the deepest depths.

How many floors will you dare to go?
