Why Early Access?

“Centuria Quest already has a fully playable core — expeditions, battles, talents, achievements, and Endless Mode all work today. Early Access lets us expand the game together with the community before the full release. We can gather early feedback on balancing, UX, and new content and iterate faster — instead of developing in isolation for months.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to keep Centuria Quest in Early Access for approximately 6 months. This estimate may shift slightly depending on community feedback and development progress — our goal is a stable, content-rich full release, not a rushed launch.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version already offers the complete core gameplay. We plan to expand Centuria Quest with the following:

• New heroes — additional classes and more team variety
  
• Improved animations — smoother combat presentation and better visual feedback
  
• More content — new enemies, events, items, and stage content
  
• New game modes — additional challenges beyond the classic expedition
  
• Subclass system — deeper build variety within existing heroes
  
• Polish & balancing — driven by community feedback and playtesting

Early Access players keep all progress and receive the full release as a free update.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is playable and stable enough for longer runs. The following is already included:

• 12 playable hero classes with unique abilities
  
• Full expedition loop with turn-based combat (up to 6 heroes)
  
• Post-victory path choices: market, guild, forge, campfire, strategy, treasure & supply
  
• Permanent talent trees (general + class-specific)
  
• Achievements with lasting perks
  
• 100 stages, bosses, and Endless Mode
  
• Leaderboard (stage, rounds, run time)
  
• 6 languages (DE, EN, ES, FR, JA, ZH)
  
• Cloud sync for gold, talents, and progress (internet connection required)

Known limitations: animations and visual feedback are still being improved; additional heroes, game modes, and the subclass system are planned for the full release. Content and features may change during development.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No. Centuria Quest is free to play during Early Access and is planned to remain free after the full release.

There are currently no plans to introduce a required purchase price for the game. Future updates, balancing changes, new content, and improvements added during development will be available to players without changing the base game from free to paid.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We actively listen to our community. On our Discord server we collect suggestions, bug reports, and feedback on balancing and new features. Regular updates are driven by what Early Access players care about most. Early Access is not "sell and forget" for us — it is a shared development phase.”
