Why Early Access?

“The current Early Access version features a fully functional, tight core 2D platforming experience. Currently, players have access to our initial set of levels, which showcase the primary precision platforming challenges and core mechanics. Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect the Early Access period to last a few months. The exact timeframe will depend heavily on the feedback received and what the community feels the game needs in terms of additional features or balancing before it reaches its final 1.0 state.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Our main goal for the full version is a massive expansion in scope. We plan to add many more levels, introducing new environments, diverse obstacles, and increasingly complex platforming mechanics. Alongside the new stages, we intend to refine the overall polish, optimize the difficulty curve based on player feedback, and ensure a smooth, complete experience.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“One More Try currently includes 2 fully playable levels, each built around challenging 2D precision platforming. Players can play both levels from start to finish, with tight platforming controls, fast respawning, unforgiving obstacles, and humorous reactions to player failures.
All features described in the “About This Game” section are implemented in the current Early Access version.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We're not planning on changing the price when we leave early access”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback will be the primary driving force behind the game's expansion. Since our main goal for Early Access is adding many more levels, we plan to actively monitor the Steam discussion boards to see how players are handling the current difficulty curve. Players' experiences with the foundational stages will directly influence the design, pacing, and complexity of all upcoming content we produce.”
