This is the story of Mei, a high school girl who suddenly finds herself transported through time to a mysterious version of Meiji-era Tokyo, where supernatural beings known as mononoke roam. There, she becomes romantically involved with famous historical figures from the era.

These sweet yet dramatic stories, centered on the male leads and their relationships with Mei, pick up where the last game left off. As the characters face new incidents caused by mononoke, their bonds deepen, unfolding into richly emotional and romantic tales.

Note: This is a port of the PSP version of Meiji Tokyo Renka: Twilight Kiss, originally released in April 2015.

Synopsis

The protagonist, Mei Ayazuki (name can be changed), finds herself transported from the modern day to a strange version of Meiji-era Tokyo, where mononoke exist.

There, she meets historical figures such as Mori Ougai, Hishida Syunso, Kawakami Otojiro, Izumi Kyoka, Fujita Goro, and Koizumi Yakumo.

As she interacts with them, she comes to realize that she is a tamayori, a human with the power to see mononoke.

As days pass, she grows closer to one of the male leads and eventually falls in love. After struggling with whether to return to the modern world or remain in the past, she chooses to live in the Meiji era with the one she loves most.

As a tamayori, she is constantly plagued by mysterious incidents involving mononoke.
