You are one of the survivors.

ROTWAKE is a third-person PvE extraction shooter featuring survival horror, exploration, and persistent between-raid progression.

Explore the infected world.

Venture through abandoned cities, industrial facilities, and residential districts consumed by ROTWAKE. Search for supplies, weapons, medical equipment, and rare resources essential for survival.

Fight the infected.

Face enemies at different stages of infection. Some still resemble humans, while others have long since become part of the massive biological network that has engulfed entire city blocks. The closer you get to the source of the infection, the deadlier its inhabitants become.

Extract with your loot.

Collect valuable equipment and resources during each raid. Successful extraction lets you keep everything you've found and prepare for your next expedition. Failure may cost you everything.

Upgrade your shelter.
