Its people pursue profit above all, treating friends, neighbors, and even their own flesh and blood as commodities to be sold. Here, what is sold is not just freedom and dignity, but the human body itself—listed as "essence souls" on the merchandise catalog.

This trend has reached a critical point. Long-term greed has amassed enormous wealth in Qian. Using this wealth, the Marquis of Qian has easily built a powerful army. The internal conflicts of this country will soon spread to neighboring nations in the form of military conquest.

The Decade Envoy is a messenger ordered to carry out the "Decree of Ten." The Decree of Ten is the last chance given to this nation. The envoy must secretly infiltrate the country and search for the remaining justice and kindness. The decree demands ten good people as the condition for reporting back. If the envoy can find ten good people in Qian within the allotted time, the righteous army will invite respected elders to reform the nation. If not, the fate of Qian will be annihilation.
