Jumpscare your friends!
If you write your friend's name on a page, the monster jumpscares them and they scream.
Co-op horror where you and your friends are trapped in a haunted neighborhood.
The goal is simple: scare each other out. Get jumpscared three times and you're eliminated. Last friend not crying wins and gets to escape the neighborhood.
You may also work with your friends to escape the neighborhood together... If you can manage to cooperate and not jumpscare each other out.

The signature mechanic is the notebook. You search the houses, find cursed pages, pick a friend, pick a scare — and the monster carries it out, and they never find out who wrote it, and since anyone can use a page on anyone, nobody knows who's plotting against them, or who teamed up with who.

Replayability comes from the variety of scares, and the fact that every group turns on each other differently.

The scare can be anything you can imagine - a clown in the trees, a face at the window, a hand on the shoulder. Set the timer, and the game makes it happen.

• Search the houses in the haunted neighborhood to find cursed pages from the Scream Note.

• Write the name of the person you want to scream in the scream pages you have. Pick the player, pick the scare, and the monster will come and make them scream. The monster spawns near the player, chases them, and if it catches them - it jumpscares them in the face.

• Get jumpscared three times and you're eliminated. Last friend not crying wins and gets to escape the neighborhood.

• Work with your friends to escape the neighborhood together... If you can manage to cooperate and not jumpscare each other out.

• Secretly team up with other players to eliminate others, but you may betray them at anytime, there are no rules.

• Use proximity voice chat to communicate with each other while searching the houses.

• Play with friends to ruin friendships, or with strangers to make new friendships and then ruin them.
