Easy online play with keywords

Matchmaking is dead simple. Enter a keyword and you'll instantly match with another player who entered the same one. Leave it blank for a random match, or set a secret word to play with friends. No fiddly menus, no configuration.

A new dimension: depth

Regular air hockey is a flat battle. OSAKANA PING PONG isn't. The 3D court extends in every direction — line drives that punch through to the back goal, curve shots fired off lateral slides, baiting an opponent's dash and waiting to counter. Mind games stretch across every axis.

When you hit the puck with your mallet, it always heads toward the opponent's goal. The only questions are how you bend it, and how fast you send it.

Simple controls, infinite mind games

• WASD / Arrow keys — 2D movement within your side of the court
  
• Space — Dash. Bursts in the input direction; if no direction is held, charges toward the opponent
  
• Esc — Surrender. Yield mid-match any time

A dash explodes at over 3x your normal speed. Charging forward doubles your hit power; sliding sideways while striking bends the puck's path. Just these few inputs spawn endless layers of reading — serves, counters, the rhythm of dashes.

Dash has another use. Spam it without a direction held and you'll push off your own back wall, surging deep into enemy territory. Strike from up close for surprise counter-attacks — but leave your goal wide open in exchange. Press the attack, or hold your ground? A single decision swings the match.

A world drawn by fish

The title text, the mallets, the puck, the court — all of it is formed by a swarm of 150 fish that gather into shape. With each scene transition the fish scatter and reassemble into something new. No textures, no filled polygons; everything is rendered as trembling line segments in a hand-drawn world. Depth fog layers in a deep-sea atmosphere on top of it all.

Zero-lag online with rollback netcode

Powered by GGRS rollback netcode — the gold standard in competitive fighting games. With just 31ms of input delay (2 frames at 64 FPS), online 1v1 feels as immediate as a local match. The matchmaking auto-expands its distance filter to pair you with nearby opponents first, and desync checks every 100 frames keep long matches rock-solid.

Every sound, from a formula

Zero recorded samples. Every sound is procedural audio synthesized from raw waveforms. The BGM playing on the title, lobby, and result screens is also algorithmically composed in real time. Lines on the screen, formulas in the air — nothing borrowed.

30 languages, connected to the world

Fully localized into all 30 Steam-supported languages: English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), French, German, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Arabic, and more. The game switches automatically based on your Steam language. Every character is rendered with the same custom fuzzy-line style, preserving the hand-drawn feel across every script.

Built on a fast Rust engine (Bevy 0.18) for a snappy experience even on modest hardware.
